
Started his F&B career at an early age in New Jersey, USA, where he was studying in college and working in food service operations at the same time.
This early start provided Ahmed with a solid ground in food service management, operation, training, mentoring, sales & marketing, HR & recruitment, and most importantly analytical thinking, and problem solving.
For over 23 years in USA, Egypt, UAE, and KSA Ahmed held positions such as Operation Manager, Franchise Development Manager, and Franchise Director in various food franchise models including fast food, QSR, casual dining, cafes, bakery & pastry shops, cloud kitchens and food trucks.
Building upon his exceptional successes and achievements, Ahmed attended several training courses in business development, project management, technical writing, strategic planning, and franchise development & marketing.
Both his hands-on experience and academic knowledge gave Ahmed the resources to excel in his career as a franchise professional offering help to his long list of domestic & international clients in their endeavor to expand and grow their business successfully and profitably.
