Federico is currently Director and Professor at the University for International Retail Management and the European University in Rome.

Also, former board member of Camera di Commercio, Industria, Agricoltura e Artigianato (CCIAA), La Federazione Italiana del Franchising (FIF), and currently technical partner of the Associazione Italiana del Franchising (Assofranchising) and Chairman of The International Association for Food Protection (IAFP) and a delegate of the Federazione Ciclistica Italiana (FCI).
