Program Synopsis

  • Alignment of Goals & Resources: Identify client’s business goals, expertise & knowhow platform, organizational structure, and managerial & operational capabilities, and financial resources which can be deployed to support the launch and management of the new franchise business in the target market.
  • Introduction of Brands: Identify and introduce franchise opportunities, evaluating each of them based on the agreed selection criteria.
  • Franchise Agreement: Review the legal and commercial terms of the franchise agreement, and assistance in the negotiation process between the parties.
  • Business Customization: Provide recommendations on possible geographical customization of the business concept, unit size/model, product/service mix, and launch & annual promotional plans.
  • Execution of Launch Plans: Monitor the execution of training programs, launch support, and transfer of the business system & knowhow.
