Research and identify retailers/brands (Potential Tenants) interested in leasing retail space.

Program Synopsis

  • Identify potential tenants who are interested in leasing retail space in shopping malls/centers/plazas/complexes/arcades, residential compounds, commercial areas/buildings, trade centers, hypermarkets, bazaars, department/super stores, and outlet & discount stores.
  • Manage the interest of potential tenants, and arrange for meetings with the client to discuss space possibilities, and lease arrangements.
  • Follow up on the degree of interest of potential tenant to a stage where they show commitment for signing a tenancy contract.
  • Submit periodical reports summarizing the overall status of interest shown by potential tenants.

Program Language: English or Arabic subject to client’s requirements.
