Program Synopsis
- This diagnostic study covers areas of current franchise expansion strategies & objectives, accumulated wealth of managerial & operational expertise, legal status of the franchisor company, corporate culture, leadership & management style(s), corporate hierarchy, organizational structure, departmental workflow, standards of total quality management, and internal auditing systems.
- This analytical process is supported by a financial study which includes estimated turnover, gross, and net profitability, and how it can be replicated in the targeted domestic, regional, and international franchised markets.
- Based on benchmarking the findings to industry best practices, the program will provide recommendations for a change management approach, and business process re-engineering of the franchised model/unit(s) to restructure the business to make franchising the core of the managerial & operational systems of the company to achieve the desired growth and financial returns.
- At the end of the program, a complete report will be produced covering recommendations on the possible areas of the franchise model re-engineering, including product & service mix, supply chain, means of transferring the business system & knowhow, launch marketing assistance, and other elements of the initial & ongoing support to franchisees.
