Program Synopsis

A blue ocean franchise marketing strategy combining consultancy, training, and innovative franchise marketing tools to unlock new markets for brand expansion.

  • Plan and organize a one-hour online interview with the client’s management team, to talk about the brand’s vision, mission and values.
  • Produce and promote four short-form videos featuring brand’s history, background, unique selling points, franchisee support elements, and advantages of obtaining franchise rights.
  • Design and promote a recorded 1-2 minutes video animation with corporate background music, as a case study featuring one key learning point, in addition to business description, and unique selling points.
  • Plan and organize a Franchise Discovery Day including separate meetings over two days with pre-qualified prospective franchisees.
  • Screen and qualify franchise candidates according to an agreed criteria of financial, and managerial capabilities.
  • Managing the process of negotiating the terms of the franchise agreement.
