Program Synopsis
- An audit process covering the current method of operating the franchise system, available corporate resources, management style(s), administration procedures, staff expertise & knowhow, and training & support services to franchisees.
- The program includes highlighting the potential areas of improvement for a more successful and profitable growth strategy, advice, and guidance for the alignment of corporate resources towards a clearer pathway on the route to achieving improved franchise expansion plans, and financial returns.
- At the end of the program, a complete franchise health check report with be submitted to highlight the strengths and weaknesses inherent in the franchise business, and the means of capitalizing on the strengths, and turning weaknesses into opportunities.
- The report will also include a three-year franchise financial analysis, including potential revenue generators, and estimated income/profits for all parties involved.
