Program Synopsis
- Development of the initial franchise package and documentation as part of the foundation for a successful franchise model, and provision of the most important franchise documentation including franchise financial analysis, initial and on-going managerial, technical & operational support programs & training to franchisees, in addition to legal agreement(s), and franchise marketing material.
- This initial franchise package will allow for the smooth launch of the franchise marketing in a relatively short time, and immediately thereafter identification of financially, and managerially qualified franchise candidates for each of the target markets.
- With this exclusive approach to franchise development and marketing, the client will be able to swiftly embark the business on a solid, yet efficient franchise platform, which will allow for self-financing of the continuous development of the franchise system in parallel with the growth of the franchise network.
- An important part of the program is the provision of coaching, and support to the client’s key management personnel to qualify them to manage the franchise model, execute the franchise expansion plans, and achieve the desired financial returns.
