My colleagues dr. Ljiljana Kukec, PhD, Marcel Portmann, CFE, albert kong and I were privileged to be invited by Colleges of Excellence, (the leading Saudi organization that offers technical and vocational training services) to provide the TRAINING COURSE “Your Comprehensive Guide to Becoming a Franchise Professional – 15/16 & 25 to 27 October 2022” which was organized by MonshaatSA, (the main arm for regulating, supporting, developing and sponsoring the SME sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
The Franchise Trainer™ team compiled a comprehensive capacity building training course for franchise mangers, advisors, consultants, brokers, lawyers & industry’s service providers with the purpose of creating a new generation of franchise professionals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The course was a hybrid of online & in-person training and offered content-rich curricula over 5 days. The course subjects included the entire process for developing, managing & marketing a winning franchise model, franchise professionals’ key traits & habits for achieving peak performance in franchising, and means of maintaining sustainability in regional and international franchising.
I was personally overwhelmed by the fact that course was attended by seasoned franchise consultants such as Fadil Alnassar, Ali Almalki, Ravikumar Chandrashekar & Fatima Shawi who joined all participants in complimenting the speakers’ capabilities in delivering an interactive franchise training course which included brainstorming sessions, group discussions, case studies & real-life examples, and interactive questions & answers in addition to experts’ roundtable discussions.
